Assemble and line up

Show the "Truck Entry Form" and the vehicles that meet the requirements for entry will be released to the waiting area; those who do not have a vehicle permit should go to the registration office to renew their permit.

Exhibitor Check-in

Go to the "Exhibitor Check-in" window at the registration desk, scan the QR code to complete the registration

Gauge ruler

·Network ruler: pass directly

·On-site measurement: Calculate loading and unloading fees, non-cash payment can be settled promptly, cash payment requires financial payment at the registration office

Standby and waiting

After completing the check-in procedures, the vehicle will be driven to the second waiting area of the vehicle dispatcher to wait, submit the "Truck Entry Form", and follow the dispatcher's arrangements to enter the exhibition hall.

Enter the venue and set up the booth

Assemble and line up

Present the "Specially Installed Vehicle Certificate", and the vehicle that meets the requirements for entry into the museum will be released to the waiting area: go to the special installation window at the registration office to renew the certificate

Handle special decoration business and settle payables

Stand by and wait

After completing the check-in procedures, the vehicle drives to the waiting area of Vehicle Dispatch 2 to wait, submits the check-in procedures, and arranges entry into the exhibition hall with the dispatcher.
